What is Xeno-base skin? How to get it?

Seems to be a new paid for decoration. There is a package now available in the store that offer tickets to try to unlock it. Maybe there will be a way to earn the tickets as well. Not seen that yet though.

The chance to get XENO base seems to have been fixed, you can now go to store, purchase the pack. Go to your inventory items screen, open the Xeno Pack you just purchased, THEN go to your landscape architecture building and choose the XENO base skin. I got it immediately.
