How to move to another state with level 8?
At level 8 you cannot use the free newbie teleport to change state. The only option is to wait for the state immigration event to start for you and then pay money to move to a different state.
If you have not been playing long then it may be quicker to start a new game base and move to the state you want when you start (before you reach level 6).
