After I migrated my base, can I go back to my original state? (I was in 551 but is not available in the list) what can I do?

Sounds like you picked up a hero that is too advanced for the 551 state or your power is too high. Check the migration rules they change frequently many old states in the top 20 cant migrate to weaker states anymore.
