I would like to ask, if I get 60 Super wrenches at the beginning of the DD season, and did not use them all, will they disappear at the end ot the DD season?

Wrenches, Speciality Points resets, honour boosts, plans and other items do not disappear at the end of DD or Eden, and can be carried forward to the next one. Any unused materials are lost, though (except for purchased composite), as are healing speedups. Plan accordingly!
