Where do I get points for the Christmas event?

Kill zombies and the temporary runaway reindeer enemies in the world map and you will earn various Christmas themed items. In your city (if you have the latest update) you can now build a Christmas tree which when you click on you can use the items that you earn from the zombies to unlock presents and upgrade the tree.

How do I claim rewards for upgrading my christmas tree? 0 0 REPORT

As you apply the points to the Christmas tree the decorations hanging on it unlock. Tap each decoration to claim the prizes. Once you have claimed them all you can upgrade the tree to the next level. There are 3 levels to unlock.Guest Replied

My tree is frozen at 1400 points. It wont allow me to collect prizesAppGamer Replied
If you cannot collect more of the items that you need then you may have hit the daily limit. If you have items but cannot exchange them for the points in the tree then something has glitched. Try closing and restarting the app. Guest Replied
I have reached the 3-stages of the tree and am still collecting prizes in the world. Can I still use the prizes I collected and they are not showing in the treeSearch for more answers for Last Shelter: Survival or ask your own here.
