Where can I find a state map with the coordinates for each plot visibly listed.?

There is the normal world map which displays co ordinates at the bottom of the screen that represents the currently center tile. You can tap on any tile as well and see the specific coordinates for it.

The only other option is a wide zoomed out view of the whole state but this doesn't show coordinates. I am not certain if this is answers your question. If not can you explain further please.
