If your game is no longer bound to any external account that you can use to log in with then you cannot easily retrieve it yourself. There is an option to contact the game support to get help retrieving accounts. Try in the Account menu to use the 'Retrieve lost account' option at the bottom. If this doesn't help then check the support page for other ways to contact the game developers for help.
