How do I get a refund?

If you didn't receive an item or service that you paid for then you should contact the game support / developer to request a refund or for them to fix the problem and get you the item. If you are unhappy with the purchase you should also do this, although it may be up to their discretion if they will refund you.

If you don't get any response then you can also check your account history with your app store (google play store etc) and try to claim a refund via them as they will be the ones who have processed the payment. You may need to provide evidence of any reason why you want the refund.
