If I give my 4 bases away in last shelter and let someone else have it. What happens to the billing..

If I give my 4 bases away in last shelter and let someone else have it. What happens to the billing for those bases? They won’t then be able to purchase with my account or will any in-game purchases then be tied to their devices and not my credit card?

For new purchases, they'll need to use their own payment information. For subscriptions, it'll use the original payment method, so be sure to cancel subscriptions before you transfer your base to another owner.
