How do you station hero in training grounds?

All stationing is done via the management station building although you can access it from other buildings. You will need to recruit the appropriate heroes first and then make sure that you have the capacity in the management station building to be able to station them.

If not then upgrade the management station building to increase the capacity available. or recall other heroes from their stationed assignments.
