My account was hacked and all my diamonds was stolen. It said I asked for a refund on 11-13-2019 and that wasn't me because I never received a refund. Who do I contact for this matter?

I am not sure how anyone could steal diamonds from an account but if your account has been broken into then you can report this to the game developers. Check the support page for details on contacting them.

If someone is asking for a refund from the game for a purchase you may also want to check with your app store account to make sure that is safe as well in case they are trying to access your payment details.
