Last Shelter DOOMSDAY. I unlock today the add queue in last shelter If I use reset will it be there?

Might need some more details for your question. If you have unlocked an additional processing queue in the doomsday speciality skills then using a speciality reset item will remove it. (It will keep processing the resources already in the queue until they run out but you wont be able to add more)

You will get your speciality points back though and can then spend them again and unlock the same or different skills with them.
