About once a day, when I log into the game, the loading stops at 80%, then I re-log and it takes me to the tutorial of a new game. then I have to get through the tut enough to get to options to switch to my actual account, which is through facebook. im30 and google play accounts are already used and I can't seem to bind my main to either of those. any suggestions?
I would recommend getting the game bound to an IM30 account. You can set up another IM30 account with a different email address. Just start a new email address with hotmail or gmail for example if you need a new one. This could be more reliable than using facebook.
If this doesn't help then please report the issue to the developers as it may be a bug with the game running on your device or an issue with the game in general that it is not working properly. Check the support page for details on contacting the developers
I would recommend setting up your IM30 with a gmail account. Then modify the gmail account name for additional accounts or farms. For instance, If your main account was bound to [email protected], you can bind your next account to [email protected] or [email protected], etc.
The IM30 sees those as different email addresses and allows it. But Gmail sees them as all the same address and funnels everything into the same inbox.
The only thing is when one of your accounts sends you a message, like "hospitals are full" or "helicopter has arrived', there's no way to tell which account it came from.
