Doomsday buildings like processing plant go to info what is power for is that building power for base or something else?

All the buildings in last shelter have a power rating at each upgrade level. This adds up to your overall building power which is included in your total power rating.

If you complete the upgrades during an event that rewards building power points (daily events, clash of zones events) then you will earn points in the event towards the rewards on offer.

Hi, I am not able to build buildings in world map , like processing plant or immunity centre , what can I do.
