What does an Overseer do in Alliance?

They have a couple of undeclared jobs. (Mind you, this is just an estimate and there is not really a rule book for this in the game.)

1. Making sure everyone is following the rules.

- If you have a cheater in the alliance (aka Jail Broken phone to buy power up's) the whole alliance is at risk for being in trouble and worse banned.

-Making sure no one is attacking allies from another alliance.

-Making sure no one is putting the alliance at risk by attacking those higher and/or off the attack list.

-Making sure no one is zeroing out other members on non-kill event days.

2. Seeing if anyone is stuck and needs help with advancements and or leveling up. (Some things are hard to figure out on your own in an involved game like this one.)

3. Reporting anything that needs to be brought to the leaders attention.

This list has the potential to go on and on but I'm sure that gave a good insight.
