Says cannot use peace shield in current zone, what does that mean? I need to shield so I don't get attacked

You cannot shield in the central zone of the map (the dark brown area around the Launch center). This is for the battle for the launch center. Is that where you are?

What if you are outside of it? Is that the only zone where you can not put on a shield? 0 0 REPORT
