I want to change my diplomat and recruiter, I dropped them but now I cannot appoint anyone on those..

I want to change my diplomat and recruiter, I dropped them but now I cannot appoint anyone on those positions... Why?

It looks like there is a bug with appointing these positions at the moment. In fact checking myself I can't even remove the positions from members either.

Hopefully the developers will sort this in the next update.

Derank the members to R3 then promote them to Diplomat, Guardian, Recruiter, Overseer. That worked for me.
