The hero recruitment is random which should mean that using the tickets all in one go or in batches would not make any difference to your chances of getting a good hero.

If you are in need of resources and other rewards then it would make sense to space them out and make the most of their points scoring to get as many reward boxes as possible. But its up to you if you want to see what you can get quickly.
