I am locked out of last shelter survival. It starts to open but doesn't load. I tried restarting my Kindle fire and that didn't work. I tried opening again and let it be for 2 hours. When I checked again it was still frozen up.
There seems to have been several reports of this for Kindle fire owners. If you downloaded the games from the amazon app store please check for updates. Another member has suggested that you download the game from the google play store instead.
If you still cannot fix it this way then please report it to the game developers as it may be that the amazon app store version is out of date or broken. Check the support page for details on contacting game support.
