Can't turn off the attack Tower. Even with it disconnected from a powered roadway it still works. ..

Can't turn off the attack Tower. Even with it disconnected from a powered roadway it still works. Makes it a pain when it kills and not wounds my troops hitting it for farm resources. Ideas?
