Do all DD resources you have gathered disappear at the end of the DD event? Even the one that have been processed into virus samples?

When the event fully ends (after tallying) you will lose any unprocessed resources and your virus samples / composite materials will reset either immediately or at the start of the next season of Doomsday. (although there has been a glitch in the past where some materials didn't reset).
