After I gather resources, where do they go? Why don't I see it added to my resource stocks?

When your gathering truck returns the rss gathered will be added to the warehouse total (listed at the top of the screen). If its a small amount though compared with what you have already then you might not notice the numbers change. If the warehouse is full then you will lose the rss.
