My construction vehicles were transporting fuel to the power plants taking 5 seconds. It's now taking them 35seconds.. Why?

Have you moved buildings or changed your road layout? The vehicle needs to travel to the fuel tank warehouse building and then to the power plant.

Try to put your plant power next to fuel tank warehouse, and put your construction vehicle beside it too.It take time from construction building to warehouse and last go to plant power.
