Do you have the schedule of the benefits center? Like for example the hero festival when does it usually appear? Also the development benefits where you use speed ups to get free items like super tickets and iron.

There doesn't seem to be a clear pattern in these benefit events at the moment. Although I think they have been appearing more regularly. There isn't a schedule of when they will appear and they are not announced in the Events (starting soon) list.
