Trying to log on a different device even though I binded IM30 it says that they are not bound to game..

Did you complete the binding process on the initial device? When you create the IM30 account you will be sent an email that you need to click a link in to confirm and complete it.

Check on the initial device in the Account screen to see if it says Binding Successful. Then make sure you have the correct email and password on the new device.

If you still have trouble then you may need to contact the game support to ask them to check your IM30 account.
