I was raiding a rebel camp. All I was getting was a little money. It told me I needed to upgrade my depot. I had just spent a lot of money upgrading my barracks. So I don't know what depot it was talking about.

AppGamer Answered:

Depots are the storage buildings for each type of resource that you make in your city and can raid from other players. Food goes to the Granary, Wood to the Lumber Warehouse, Fuel to the Oil storage tanks, Iron to the Iron Warehouse.

When the storage cap is reached you wont be able to generate or raid more of that resource. Upgrade the relevant building(s) to increase the storage cap.

There is also the water tanks for water but you don't raid that, and money doesn't have a cap.
