What is the effect of the doomsday missile in your base? Do you loss all your troops, chips and rss?

The doomsday missile, I think, doesn't cause any damage to troops etc, but it will immediately reduce your durability to 0 and force your city to teleport randomly to another location in the state you are in. They are used during doomsday alliance wars to move blocking bases or dangerous enemies out of the way.
