How to forcefully remove r5? He logs in after a few days to ensure that he cannot be replaced by r4.

I don't think there is a facility in the game to let you do this. If the player is abusive or causing trouble you may be able to contact support and report them to get them dropped in some way. If not then moving to another / new alliance is the only solution.

Ask another alliance to zero him constantly until he quits.
