What happens if you do not collect your COZ boxes. Do they get awarded as part of the Phase Reward?

What happens if you do not collect your COZ boxes. Do they get awarded as part of the Phase Reward? Or do you just lose them?

You should receive them as a mail message after reset / the next day.
