How can I recover my game, last shelter survival ...... Base level 16 Bonded my account to ..... but can't remember my password. Played the game for 4 months, lots of time and money lost

You can recover your account. From a new game go to the settings menu and select the Account option. Then choose Switch account, and select the IM30 option. Choose to Add account to let you log in to the old game.
From here choose reset password and enter your email address as used to bind the game. You should them be sent and email to let you reset it.
If you have any trouble then return to the Account page and select the 'Retrieve lost account option'. This will let you contact the support to help you recover the game.
