Its common knowledge to not fill up the food truck to save on food and water and it usually makes the population drop to 60-70%.
I've done this and it was always that way, however, after arranging my layout to save electricity my population dropped even more, down to 30-40%.
Anyone know why? Please help!

If you took the houses off the road system you'll lose population.

Give them water only. Food drives money production. Station the “resistance leader” and the “accountant” in your banks and max their skills. This will offset not feeding them and you can use food for more important things. 0 0 REPORT
