Can’t appoint a hero to barracks II. You know, how one puts a hero to the left from the troops in barracks? It tells me I need to research “Hero Appointment”, however it is already researched to the max.
Check in the research menu, each of the 4 Barracks that you build will have their own research tree. Called Research APC I, Class APC Research, Research APC II and Research APC III. You may have unlocked every thing for barracks I but not yet for barracks II. Or possibly you are talking about the Class Barracks and need to research under the Class APC Research tree.
If you have already researched everything in the APC II tree then you should be able to place 3 heroes. If its still not working then you can try reinstalling the App, but only if you have bound your game to an external account so that you can recover it. Or use the support options to report the problem to the developer.
