What happens with the vip-points before you reach level 20 with no vip-shop built yet, I accidentally..

What happens with the vip-points before you reach level 20 with no vip-shop built yet, I accidentally used them, is it stored in memory so I can use it later or is it forever gone if so why can I use vip points already before even building it and is this not mentioned that it could not be used then only when u reach level 20.

They will be waiting for you in your points vault when you unlock the VIP building. So even if you don't have the building unlocked and you use them from inventory, you still keep them.
