I have one advanced teleport and I want teleport to state 666 from 670 how can I do it?

An advanced teleport can let you teleport to another state to visit it. This will be if you are currently in a group with that state for clash of zones or other cross state event. To to this you need to move to the other state in the map.

Go to the map view and tap the co-ordinates that are show at the bottom. Check the state number to the one you want to visit and tap Go to. In the other state map you can now find a location to move to and tap a tile, select the teleport option.

If you want to migrate to the other state instead and have that as your home state then you need to follow the state immigration procedure. Check the guide page linked for more details.
