What is a chip Plant, what is it good for and how do you use it?

The Chip plants produce chips by using money. The Chips are needed for the Missiles. You need chips to upgrade missile buildings and to produce missiles to use in combat.

To use them, tap and select the production option. Then you assign money to them and send it with a truck. Upgrade the building to increase the production efficiency.
