What do I have to do in order to exchange medals? Do you have to be at a certain level of the hero’s hall?

AppGamer Answered:
You exchange hero tickets for wisdom medals in the Military Academy building. (the heroes tickets come from recruiting duplicate heroes). This building unlocks when you reach level 7. The level of the building then determines how many hero tickets you can exchange per day.
