Using random teleport increases durability of truck?

No. Teleporting, random or otherwise, has no effect on your APCs durability. If your APCs are out marching or gathering when you teleport they will be immediately recalled though.

APC durability is only restored over time or by buying 'Wrench' (tools) items.

You can only random teleport when your APCs are in. You must use Advanced port if your APCs are out.
