Why does lvl r4 say no permission to send alliance invites?

R4 should have permission to do this. Is your alliance full at the moment? If not then possibly its a glitch. Restart the app and try again. If it still doesn't work then you may need to report it to the game support to see if they can help you.

I never found out why. But we started a new alliance and it worked fine then.... was just goofy
