"No adjacent territory. cannot occupy land." msg shows when I try to occupy any asset... What should I do?

In doomsday you can only occupy a land plot that is next to a plot that is already occupied by you or an alliance member. Or one that is part of an alliance building or structure.

You will need to find a suitable place to start taking plots from and work your way towards any that you want.

How do I find land that is occupied by my alliance?

Look on the map for your alliance centers. If you don't have any tiles yet then go to alliance center 1 and look for low level plots. You can also ask in alliance chat for the location of plots of the level you want. Others will have some and can direct you to the right locations.
