The last person who had this issue found that it was because all of their APCs were out, gathering or on other activities. Trading requires you to send an APC to the other city so you need one available to complete the action.

R3 in alliance rank is answer. It's a joke because you can only trade\send to other member tiny amounts. Like 2000 of a resource. Not going to make any change in resources will all of the hassle. If you attack your farm, the game developer teleports it far far away.AppGamer Answered:
Can you check if you are an R1 member in the alliance, if so can you ask your leader to promote you to R2 to see if this helps. R1 members cannot see the location of other members on the map and I wonder if this affects your ability to trade with them.

I’m R2, but it’s showing the same error too. It still showing “your permission is insufficient” whenever I try to trade with my alliance member. I have all apc available and I did have my market get up to lvl 6 now.Guest Replied
