Why does it not send email so I can bind account?
In my experience emails have always been sent out. Check that you have entered the right email address and then check any spam filters / junk email folders that you have for the email account as automated emails like this one will often get filtered and marked as spam.
If you definitely don't have the email from them then you can try to contact them using the support details to ask them to help you.
