I was able to Kill the Zombie inside my fence just by press on them, now nothing work and Yes I have a Tower LV7!!!

Try restarting the app, and possibly also if you have bound your game successfully you could try reinstalling it. If this doesn't help then I'd have to assume there is a bug in the latest update that is causing a problem for you. I am not seeing the issue but it maybe limited to certain devices.

Check the support page for details on how to contact the game developer to let them know about the problem. Hopefully they will be able to advice you or fix the glitch.

Also, if you had taken your tower off grid so there are no roads or power going to them it would not be able to kill the zombies when you tapped them.
