Can I bind more than one account to game center (apple)?

From previous comments about this I believe that binding a second game to the same account (Game Center / IM30 etc) will overwrite the first bound game which will lose you access to it. I have not tried it though.

Best to be safe and create an IM30 account for each game you want to bind to keep them separate.

I have accidentally binded my last shelter with allle Game Center, how to unbind it ?

Thank you
