It is possible for other players to use do the exploring function in your city area (not in the city itself, but outside). This is a VIP function.

If another player is doing this you will see an icon above the tower to let you know. If you see them doing this then you can use the snatch option to take what they have collected. Some trucks are protected from being robbed like this though.

Hi at what level does this snat h power gets enabled for the tower? If i select the red icon on the tower then nothing is getting selected and it is not showing me who is exploring in my base

Will the exploring vehicle be notified that he has been robbed

The player will be notified if the garage is being snatched by other player through their mail.
