I opened another account and it has frozen in chapter 1 and I can’t access my other accounts. If I deleted game and reinstall will I lose everything?

If your game is bound to an IM30 account (the other options may work also) then you can reinstall the app and log in again to the IM30 account to restore it. If you did not bind it then you may not be able to recover it.
There is an option in game to contact the developers for support to recover lost games but I can't say if it will work. If you need to ask for in game help check the support page for how to contact them.
