I live in state 509 and 3 days later I win svs state 511 and I take president in 511 but I come back..

I live in state 509 and 3 days later I win svs state 511 and I take president in 511 but I come back in state 509 why i don’t have buff president attack 50% and protect 50%

You may have beaten the enemy president to stop them having one but you need to be the president of your state to have the buffs.

Now i’m president but i dont have buff president, why?
