How do I recoup power after attack?

During fights your power will decrease with troops killed of wounded. If they are wounded you can heal them and get the power back. If they are killed there is an option to clone then and get them back although you can only get 30% back without paying money.

You can simply train more troops though to regain the power that way. This is usually easier and can help you gain rewards for tasks and challenges.
