Our R5 and R4 are in active, how can we get promoted or possibly replace the commander if we are stuck..

Our R5 and R4 are in active, how can we get promoted or possibly replace the commander if we are stuck as r1?

After 7 days one r4 can take over the alliance for 1000 diamonds. If none of your r4s are active you either have to wait til the system kicks them or make / find a new alliance
