Is crafting parts for vehicles permanent or 1 time use?

Parts that you craft are permanent. You keep them and use them as needed. You use the parts by equipping them on your vehicles. Once equipped they do not expire.

You can deconstruct the parts again to re use the materials if you want to upgrade them. You don't get back the energy cores that you used to craft them though.
