Why does my base durability slowly keep decreasing after a battle even though all troops are healed. Shouldn't durability slowly increase back to full strength?

After being attacked your base will burn for 30 minutes but the durability (seen in the Defense option of the Garrison Building) will then slowly recover back to your maximum. You can pay diamonds to speed this up. The amount of troops that are injured will not have any effect on the durability.
